By using shop.allsale.co.nz you agree to these terms. They apply to buyers, sellers and any visitor.
The Allsale marketplace
Allsale Ltd is a New Zealand-registered marketplace connecting Indian sellers to buyers worldwide. Allsale is not the seller of any individual product — sellers are independent businesses responsible for the products they list.
Buyer terms
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
- Prices are shown in your detected currency including GST/VAT where applicable.
- All orders are subject to acceptance — we may refuse or cancel an order with a full refund if a product is mispriced or out of stock.
- Returns are governed by our returns policy.
Seller terms
- Sellers must complete KYC verification before going live.
- Sellers are responsible for accurate listings, dispatch within stated lead times, and compliance with their local laws.
- Allsale charges a per-tier commission (3–8%) on each completed sale.
- Payouts follow your tier's cadence (T+10/T+7/T+3/T+1).
Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape the site, attempt to bypass authentication, list prohibited goods, or use the marketplace for illegal activity.
Limitation of liability
Allsale's liability for any order is capped at the amount paid. We are not liable for consequential losses or delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Auckland courts.
