Shipping & duties

Every order is sent from India via tracked Shiprocket X services. Delivery times and duty treatment depend on your destination — full details below.

Delivery timeframes

• New Zealand & Australia: 7–14 business days door-to-door.
• United States, United Kingdom, Canada: 10–18 business days.
• Express options (4–7 days) are surfaced at checkout where available.

Duties & taxes

Allsale calculates duties and GST/VAT upfront at checkout for all supported regions, so the total you pay is the total you owe — no surprise customs invoices on arrival.

• NZ orders under NZ$1,000: GST collected at checkout. No further duty.
• AU orders under A$1,000: GST collected at checkout. No further duty.
• US orders under US$800: usually duty-free (de minimis).
• UK orders under £135: VAT collected at checkout.
• CA orders: GST/HST collected at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are emailed within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also track any order from Account → Orders.

Free shipping

Orders over NZ$150 (or equivalent in your local currency) ship free.

Prohibited items

Some categories cannot be shipped to specific regions (e.g. food, plants, ayurvedic preparations to certain countries). These restrictions are flagged on the product page before you add to cart.
